A surprise engagement blossoms into a beautiful wedding

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Katelyn and Colton’s love story began in college. The couple met though Katelyn’s friend, who at the time was dating Colton’s roommate. Katelyn was looking through her friend’s photos on Instagram and saw Colton in one of them. She added Colton as a friend. They soon started talking, and the rest, as they say, is history!

THE PROPOSAL

The couple decided that they were going to take part in a style shoot located at Haue Valley. Katelyn just thought that she was going to be modeling for the shoot. Little did she know that Colton and a team of vendors had planned a surprise proposal. It wasn’t until Colton got down on one knee that Katelyn discovered what was really going on. WEDDING DETAILS

Katelyn & Colton were wanting a more natural feel and look to their wedding. Haue Valley provided lovely features that gave a natural feel and look to the beautiful day. Chosen Photography not only did the couples engagement style shoot, but also the wedding, leaving the couple with photos that would last a lifetime. Roses & Mint Floral’s had gorgeous floral arrangements that brought the most wonderful dash of color to the day. Graze Catering left mouths and stomachs wanting more of their delicious and appetizing meal. Cake House Design gave the guest a truly delightful treat with their lovely display of cupcakes. R.C. EMCees had everyone dancing like they just don’t care with the fun entertaining beats.
