Q: Can we customize menu?
We offer a set menu of trusted, crowd-pleasing options that keep things simple, delicious, and stress-free. You’ll choose your favorites from those options, but this isn’t a highly customized package to keep it simple. Common allergies including gluten and dairy can be accommodated in this package.
Q: Can we choose two different types of chicken and split them evenly for our guests?
A: We do not offer split entrée service (for example, 100 Chicken Parmigiano and 100 Chicken Piccata). This policy applies to all categories — chicken, beef, pasta, sides, salads, etc. In our experience, splitting menu items can cause confusion during service and may leave guests disappointed if they cannot have both options. Offering one consistent choice in each categoryensures smoother service and a better overall dining experience.
Q: Do you offer kids’ meals?
A: Yes! We can provide chicken tenders and macaroni & cheese.
Q: Do you charge extra for accommodating dietary restrictions?
A: No, we do not charge extra for accommodating individual dietary restrictions. The only exception would be if the entire event menu needs to be designed around a dietary restriction (e.g., all gluten-free noodles).
Q: Can we remove ingredients we don’t like from dishes (such as mushrooms or broccoli)?
A: Yes. Our sauces do not automatically contain these items, so we can prepare dishes without them if requested.
Q: Can we keep leftover food?
A: Leftover food will not be available to take home.
Q: Can we upgrade the bar package?
Yes, for an additional per person fee. The package includes a selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and the choice of two Signature Drinks from our standard menu. Should you want to upgrade to call or premium liquor, or speciality drinks, the $69 per person food and beverage fee would simply be adjusted to accommodate.
Q: Is this package right for us if we want a very specific vision or theme?
Probably not. This is designed for couples who want a beautiful, relaxed wedding without micromanaging every detail. If you’re looking for a totally personalized, every detail is customized event, our traditional venue only rental may be a better fit for you!
Q: How many guests can we invite?
Our all-inclusive package can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Q: How far in advance should we book?
We only offer a limited number of all-inclusive dates each year, and they book quickly — especially in peak season. Please see our available dates page for open dates at this time. Please note, this package is not available on holidays or holiday weekends.
Q: What’s the payment schedule?
A non-refundable $2,800 booking fee reserves your date, and the remaining balance is broken into payments beginning 15 months prior to the date and payments will continue every three months until the event is paid in full. Any remaining balance must be paid 30 days in advance.
Q: Can we add extra services?
Yes, depending on availability. We can add services such as a mobile bar setup, upgraded bar services, appetizers and late night snacks on select dates.
Q: What happens if it rains?
We have beautiful indoor spaces available for both ceremonies and receptions, so your day will be gorgeous no matter what the weather does!
Q: Will we need to meet the vendors before the wedding?
Our team will walk you through your choices which include many in-house, and some select outside partner services. We only work with trusted vendors who know our space well. You won’t need to manage them — we’ve done the vetting for you.
Q: If we want to have an alcohol-free wedding, does the package price change?
Yes. Instead of $69 per person, the per person fee would be $54. This decision must be made when booking the date.
Q: Can we take services out of the package?
You don’t have to utilize all the package inclusions, but other than alcohol, pricing doesn’t change if you choose to omit something from the package.
Q: Can you provide us a line by link breakdown of the package?
We’ve negotiated private rates (better for you!), and included several items at no additional charge into the package. Because these details are privately negotiated, we can’t break it down for you, but we can say you are saving more than $3,000 if you were to book these services on their own!
Q: Will I have to go to multiple planning meetings, or communicate with multiple vendors?
No! We have been hosting beautiful, fun, laid-back weddings for more than 12 years, and we want to make this easy for you! We’ll provide you with an easy-step-by-step decision making tool for things like linen colors, decor, signature drinks, etc., answer any questions that you have, and keep it low-key. 60 Days prior to the weddings, we will have a bar planning call, and 3 weeks prior to the wedding we will have a final details call. We will also have on in-person planning meeting scheduled 3 to 6 months prior to the wedding date to decide on decor, menu selections, etc. Easy!
Q: What are my late night snack options?
A: Choose one of these options (toasted raviolis, meatballs, garlic cheese bread), and then choose one of these options (chicken tenders, chicken wings, assorted dollar roll sandwhiches with meat and cheese), and we take care of the rest!
