All-Inclusive Wedding Package FAQs

• Great question! Probably not. This is designed for couples who want a beautiful, relaxed wedding without micromanaging every detail. If you’re looking for a totally personalized, every detail is customized event, our traditional venue only rental may be a better fit for you!

• Our all-inclusive package can accommodate up to 200 guests. You’ll simply pay a flat fee for the inclusive package, and a per person fee for every guest, with up to 200 guests max including bridal party.

• We only offer a limited number of all-inclusive dates each year, and they book quickly — especially in peak season. Please see our available dates page for open dates at this time. Please note, this package is not available on holidays or holiday weekends.

• In the case of rain we have a beautiful backdrop indoors with the Haue Valley Fireplace. Guests sit at their tables and the HV team moves the few (usually 3 - 5) tables down the middle of the room to create a beautiful aisle. Our couples have loved this option because it’s a stunning ceremony location and doesn’t require the room flip other venues require, which would be disruptive to your event.

For weddings booked 17+ months in advance: A non-refundable booking fee of $2,800 + tax is due at the time of signing. The remaining balance is divided into 5 payments, beginning 15 months prior to your wedding date and scheduled every three months.

For weddings booked 16 months or less in advance: A larger initial payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be divided into a custom payment schedule based on your timeline. Because timelines can vary significantly (whether your wedding is 6 months, 12 months, or 16 months away), payment structures will differ slightly. We will clearly outline all payment amounts and due dates during the contract process so you know exactly what to expect.

Any remaining balance must be paid 30 days in advance.

• Yes, depending on availability. We can add services such as a mobile bar setup, upgraded bar services, appetizers and late night snacks on select dates.

You don’t have to utilize all the package inclusions, but other than alcohol, pricing doesn’t change if you choose to omit something from the package.

• We’ve negotiated private rates (better for you!), and included several items at no additional charge into the package. Because these details are privately negotiated, we can’t break it down for you, but we can say you are saving more than $3,000 if you were to book these services on their own!

Prior to the big day, our team will help you make ceremony decisions and document the plan with you and your partner.

On your wedding day at 2 pm we will do a quick run through of the ceremony with your bridal party and family. (Bride or groom are welcome to stay in the get ready suite if you and your fiance are not opting to do a first look, or if you choose to do a first look - which we highly recommend, both of you are welcome to participate in the quick rehearsal.) Again, all decisions have been made ahead of time, so this will be a quick/easy onsite run through.

Yes, children 2-12 years old are $20 per person for dinner, soft drinks, and cake.

• We offer a set menu of trusted, crowd-pleasing options that keep things simple, delicious, and stress-free. You’ll choose your favorites from those options, but this isn’t a highly customized package to keep it simple. Common allergies including gluten and dairy can be accommodated in this package.

• We do not offer split entrée service (for example, 100 Chicken Parmigiano and 100 Chicken Piccata). This policy applies to all categories — chicken, beef, pasta, sides, salads, etc. In our experience, splitting menu items can cause confusion during service and may leave guests disappointed if they cannot have both options. Offering one consistent choice in each categoryensures smoother service and a better overall dining experience.

• Yes! We can provide chicken tenders and macaroni & cheese.

• No, we do not charge extra for accommodating individual dietary restrictions. The only exception would be if the entire event menu needs to be designed around dietary restrictions.

• Leftover food will not be available to take home.

• Choose one of these options (toasted raviolis, meatballs, garlic cheese bread), and then choose one of these options (chicken tenders, chicken wings, assorted dollar roll sandwhiches with meat and cheese), and we take care of the rest!

For our all inclusive package, we do have a contracted minimum of 50 guests. At the time of contract signing you must commit to 50 guests. You can add more guests later once you have a better idea of your final guest count for the per person fee referenced on our all inclusive page.

Yes. Table linens, cloth napkins, and basic china (plate, water glass, and flatware) is included in our all inclusive package.

When selecting our inclusive package, Haue Valley will manage the relationship and communication with the included caterer for you.

• Yes, for an additional per person fee. The package includes a selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and the choice of two Signature Drinks from our standard menu. Should you want to upgrade to call or premium liquor, or speciality drinks, the $69 per person food and beverage fee would simply be adjusted to accommodate.

• Yes. Instead of $69 per person, the per person fee would be $54. This decision must be made when booking the date.

When selecting our inclusive package Haue Valley will manage:

o   Timeline creation

o   Vendor communication for vendors contracted by Haue Valley. Management and communication of any outside vendors hired by the Client is not within the scope of this agreement.

o   Ceremony management including a wedding day rehearsal the day of the wedding.

o   Ceremony and reception timeline management.

o   Setup and break down of décor as stated in the contract.

o   Please note: This package does not include full service planning (for example it does not include: errand running, transportation management, hotel room block management, guest list creation or management, assigned seating, etc.)

• Our team will walk you through your choices which include many in-house, and some select outside partner services. We only work with trusted vendors who know our space well. You won’t need to manage them — we’ve done the vetting for you.

• No! We have been hosting beautiful, fun, laid-back weddings for more than 12 years, and we want to make this easy for you! We’ll provide you with an easy-step-by-step decision making tool for things like linen colors, decor, signature drinks, etc., answer any questions that you have, and keep it low-key.

• We will also have on in-person planning meeting scheduled about 6 months prior to the wedding date to decide on decor, menu selections, etc.

• And 5 weeks prior to the wedding we will have a final details call.
