Two Get Ready Suites With Plenty of Space to Relax
Access to the Bridal Suite begins as early as 7 am for hair and makeup.
We will also stock the suites and have mimosas, seltzers, and/or beer ready for you.
Stunning Ceremony + Reception Spaces
One gorgeous location that flows seamlessly from ‘I do’ to after-party
With three options for your onsite ceremony, and a beautiful indoor/outdoor reception space, we’ve got you covered rain or shine.
Bonus: Hoping to have an outdoor ceremony, but the weather is iffy? We can make an inside/outside decision up to 1 hour before the ceremony. I mean hey - it’s St. Louis… the weather can change quickly and our approach allows you to make a last minute call. (Couples love this! Most venues make you decide 6 hours + in advance.)
Coordination + In-House Decor + Setup/Breakdown
Our team keeps your day running seamlessly—so you can stay present, not manage details.
We handle the logistics, communication, and coordination behind the scenes—so you’re not juggling vendors, payments, or timelines.
Using your vision and mood boards, we bring your design to life with pieces from our in-house collection.
We also thoughtfully incorporate your personal items, including one tote of photos, guestbook, etc.
Elevated Floral Rental Collection Included
We’ve sourced and built premium faux floral arch and aisle pieces that are designed to give your ceremony the wow factor, without the big price tag of fresh florals.
If you prefer all fresh florals, no worries - we are happy to make a referral to a fantastic florist. Fresh floral pieces are not included in the package, but can be added on to your package as an optional upgrade, or you can choose in your own licensed and insured florist.

Catering Package Included
One chicken entree & one beef entree, one salad, one pasta, and two vegetable sides
Cake cutting service and basic china (plate, silverware, water glass) dinnerware is included
Cloth floor length linens and napkins are included in the package as well.
Upgrades such as appetizers and late night snacks are available. Details can be found here.
We are happy to support your guests dietary needs with gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options when requested.
Bar Package Details
Up to 5.5 Hours of a variety of Beer, Wine, and Seltzers
And up to two signature cocktail that you get to choose from our menu
Bonus at Haue Valley: We are setup as a full bar, so we have a wider selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and liquors than most venues and your guests can start a tab for their own drinks if they want to order a drink you’re not hosting.
Dessert Details
We will provide a small two-tier cake to cut, and sheet cake to serve your guests. Additional dessert options/upgrades can be found here.
DJ + Photo booth Included
Included in your package is 6 hours of ceremony & reception sound to keep the dance floor rocking.
And when your guests need a break from dancing, we’ve also included 3 hours of our glam photo booth. Fun for you and your friends / family! Digital images provided directly to their cell phone.

Saturday Package:
$15,975 + $69 per person
Sunday Package:
$12,675 + $69 per person
The $69 per person fee covers the headcount specific inclusions: buffet dinner with china, open bar of beer/wine/seltzers and two signature cocktails, and cake.

Please note, the above pricing is subject to a 10% service fee (most venues charge 22%) and the current local tax rate.

The “average” Missouri wedding ranges from $44k - $53k so we are really excited to offer this much value at this price point to our couples.
