Your Timeline

We learn what’s most important to you and help you choose the best ceremony start time for your wedding day.

Next, we connect with your photographer to understand their needs and timeline limitations.

Then we take into account what our DJ, catering team, bar staff and coordinator needs to make your day feel as easy and fun as possible.

And finally we help you build a timeline for your day at Haue Valley.

There are lots of pieces to the timeline puzzle, and we help simplify this for you.

Get Ready Suites

While you are sipping mimosas and enjoying the morning with your friends, our staff is busy setting up your ceremony and reception spaces for you.

You’ll choose from a selection of beer, wine, seltzers, and mimosas (already included) while you are getting ready in the morning. We stock the fridge with drinks for you before you arrive.

You are welcome to order in the lunch of your choice. (Several places deliver with Doordash.)

Your Hair & Makeup Team is Your Choice

Feeling like the most beautiful you on your wedding day should be in the hands of someone you know and trust.

For that reason, you are welcome to hire the beauty service providers of your choice. (This service is not provided in the package because we want you to have the freedom of choice.)

Ceremony Locations

We have 3 beautiful ceremony options (including one indoor that doesn’t feel like “plan b”). Choose from our forest view, stone wall or fireplace to say “I Do.”

Floral Arches

We have several varying styles of premium, real touch floral arches to choose from and as we add additional options to our inventory, they become available to you to choose from too.

Statement Ceremony Pieces

In addition to our floral arches, you can also utilize any of our statement ceremony pieces including wooden arbor, wooden cross, wine barrels, and more.

Aisle Flowers

Aisle flowers add big impact, and you’ll also have several styles to choose from.

Bouquets

When it comes to personal flowers you have several choices.

1. Work with a florist of your choosing and customize your bouquets, boutonnieres, etc. We know flowers are very important (especially your bouquet!) to many of our brides, so we welcome an outside vendor. We of course have recommendations for florists, and we would recommend choosing your own outside vendor if you want to have total control of the specific flowers in your bouquets.

2. Opt to add our fresh-floral package ($1,500), where you supply our fresh florist with color inspiration for your personal florals, and they keep it easy for you by supplying 5 bouquets and 5 boutonnieres for your bridal party. With this package it’s “florist choice of in season flowers” to make the most of your budget.

3. Or, you can utilize our in house premium faux floral rentals, in a variety of trendy styles. This is already included in the package. This is a great option if you want pretty flowers, and to keep it simple. They will simply be returned to us after photos are taken and you are off to dance the night away!

Choose Your Own Officiant

We know who you choose to marry you is an important and personal decision. Many of our couples actually choose a friend or family member! For this reason, we welcome the officiant of your choosing for the big day.

Our digital signage allows you to customize your welcome sign, seating chart, and even feature some of your favorite engagement photos!

We know how important a great DJ is to your reception.

The music sets the tone for the entire night—and it should feel like you.

During planning, we get to know your style and preferences, then connect you directly with our DJ for a one-on-one consultation. Together, you’ll shape the vibe, choose your must-play songs, and plan each key moment of the night.

No cookie-cutter playlists—just a reception that feels like your crowd, your energy, and your night.

Photo Booth

Choose our fun glasses as props or bring your own. And of course if props aren’t you vibe - you can just enjoy the photo booth as a selfie station for your guests.

Room Layout

Choose your head table location and style. Select from a sweetheart table, farmhouse tables, linened traditional tables and more. Once you’ve made your head table decision, we help you build a functional flow and layout that works well in the space.

Dance Floor Location

Select from our covered deck, in front of the fireplace, or in the back of our reception space.

Your Photographer, Your Choice

Photography is one of the most important and most lasting decisions you’ll make in the wedding planning process. (After all photos are what you have after your wedding day!)

For that reason, we welcome you to hire any licensed and insured photographer of your choice.

Mobile Bar

If you have more than 175 guests (if you have a heavy-drinking crowd), we suggest adding our mobile bar setup to our package.

We can serve beer, wine, and seltzers from the mobile bar. All liquor cocktails will need to be ordered at the primary bar. Investment: $500 (includes additional bartender)
