Looking for a unique and delicious addition to your wedding day? Our charcuterie cart is ideal for cocktail hours, pre-dinner nibbles, or late-night treats.

How it Works

1. Choose how many people you’d like the cart set up for starting with 50. You can add more people in increment of 25.

2. Email hauevalley@gmail.com 6 months prior to your big day.

3. Send payment 60 days before your wedding along with your payment for the bar.

4. Enjoy the cart!

- 3 cheeses

- 3 meats

- 3 fruits (dried/fresh) *seasonal*

- Variety of crackers

- Hummus

- Vegetables *seasonal*

- Olives/pickles

- Serving utensils, plates, and napkins

- Set up and restock of items by staff member

Pricing

Investment for cart and first 50 guests: $650 + tax

To add servings for an additional 25 people, it’s $225 + tax.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to order the same amount of servings for the amount of guests attending? You do not need to order exactly how many guests are attending if you do not want to. This is completely up to how much you feel as if your guests will graze on the cart. If you’re not ordering enough for every guest, it is likely to run out. That is totally okay as dinner will be served soon!

Can the cart be used as a late night sweet snack cart? Yes! We can put together a package for you if you’d prefer a sweets cart instead of a charcuterie cart. Just send us an email.
