Linen Package Details

Greetings! We are excited to have partnered with a third-party linen vendor at Haue Valley to offer colored linens through our optional linen package. There are a few important things we want to ensure that you keep in mind before making your color selection:

Colors may appear different on your screen. Feel free to ask us at an open house to see a color swatch book.
Linens and napkins are now available in a variety of colors. Not all linens and napkins are available in all colors. Please check with us to confirm availability.
Linens color choices MUST be made by the deadline in your Haue Valley online wedding planner. If you add tables later than that deadline due to an increase in headcount, we may or may not be able to secure additional linens, so please DO consider that deadline to be FINAL.
Linen setup will be completed by Haue Valley staff. Napkin setup will be completed by your decorators.
The linen rental fee is as follows: $525 for up to 150 guests or $600 for up to 200 guests. Napkins are $50 for up to 150 guests and $75 for up to 200 guests. All guest counts should include the wedding party.
Availability of colored linen options are subject to change. Because this is the only thing we outsource, we ARE reliant on another vendor.
Our backup set of linens and linen napkins is white. If it would be devastating to you to have white linens in the case that something happened with our supplier, please don't rent linens through us. We would never want to disappoint you!
