Just a Few Extra Reminders:
Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable signing a contract. Instead of private second tours, we ask that couples and their families attend one of our monthly open houses, so it's great to bring them along to the first tour instead of having to wait for an open house if possible.
Almost everything we discuss at a tour is actually on the website! We've found couples to be less overwhelmed by new information at tours if they (and their friends/family in attendance) take a good look at the site before arriving. That way you are just soaking in the beautiful view when you get here.
We recommend you take the GPS route that sends you down HWY 44. Our physical address is 7100 Thornton Rd. Pacific, MO 63069. We are just .5 off the Pacific exit (on the north side of the interstate). Our farm is well marked with a large Haue Valley sign.
Just a reminder - we do not hold dates without a contract. So it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to our tour. We do our very best to keep the website up to date and I would encourage you to check and make sure we have some dates still available that you are interested in prior to your tour.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please give us 24 hours notice. We really appreciate how many couples do this without us asking. We don't live on the property so we are likely making a trip just to meet you and sincerely appreciate the notice if you can't make it for any reason!
Finally, we are a "no pressure" venue. We want what's best for YOU. For that reason we don't write contracts or take deposits onsite at tours. If Haue Valley is the ideal fit for your wedding day or event, all contract and deposit detailed will be handled via email and mail following your visit. If you have questions about our contract rules, deposits, payment terms, etc. please check out our FAQ page.
We look forward to connecting soon!

Your details have been safely delivered to your inbox.
Now that we’ve got those detail out of the way… let’s get to the fun!
“An absolutely dream of a wedding venue. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the staff! Everyone who works here makes sure you have the best day ever.”
Haue Valley All-Inclusive May be a Great Fit if You’re Looking For...
— A beautiful wedding without having to source everything yourself
— More clarity around total cost upfront
— Fewer vendor decisions and less planning fatigue
— A cohesive experience guided by an experienced team
— A celebration that still feels personal, thoughtful, and like you
This Might Be Easier Than You Expected
Based on what you shared, an all-inclusive wedding at Haue Valley may be more within reach—and more aligned—than you thought.
Most couples start out thinking they’ll piece everything together.
And you can.
But what many don’t realize is how quickly it becomes… a lot.
More decisions, more coordination, more variables to manage.
What we offer is a different way to experiencing your planning journey and wedding day —
one that feels more calm, more connected, and a little more like how you actually want this season to feel.
It’s Not Just About The Investment
It’s About What It Feels Like
Planning your wedding shouldn’t feel like managing a group project with ten different people.
With an all-inclusive experience, things just… work together.
– Your vendors are already aligned
– Your timeline isn’t something you have to build from scratch
– Your decisions feel guided, not overwhelming
It creates space for you to stay present in a season that goes by quickly.
You’re Not Giving Up Control — You’re Letting Go of the Stress
We know how important it is that your wedding feels personal.
All-inclusive here doesn’t mean cookie cutter.
It means you’re starting from a place where everything already works—and then shaping it into something that reflects you.
You’ll still choose what matters:
– your colors
– your overall style
– the details that make it feel like yours
We guide the process—but the vision is always yours.
“Haue Valley was amazing to work with start to finish for our wedding! Their venue is perfect for the couples who want one location for their wedding ceremony and reception. Their outdoor ceremony area is beautiful and on site they have many different photo locations that are all really pretty.
The staff was very responsive, transparent, genuine, and they were accommodating to any requests that we had throughout the process. They made everything very easy and run smooth day (on our wedding day.) ”
Most Couples Don’t Realize This Until Later…
When you plan everything separately, there are a lot of hidden layers and sometimes costs:
– delivery fees
– setup logistics
– minimums
– time spent coordinating it all
It’s not just about budget—it’s about energy.
All-inclusive doesn’t mean “more expensive.”
It often means more intentional with what you’re spending—and easier for you.
“All I can say about Haue Valley is have your special event here. They’re incredible. The bar service is wonderful, the decor, the ceremony area, reception area.
Rebecca and the staff were so easy to work with and they made our day even more special. Haue Valley is gorgeous and we loved having our wedding here.”
Even if you aren’t engaged quite yet… You should really visit us in person.
Photos are one thing.
But actually being here…
walking the space, seeing how everything flows, asking your questions in real time—
That’s usually the moment things click.
We Can’t Wait to Meet You
We Can't Wait To Meet You
Your tour request has made it's way to Haue Valley. Kristin will be reaching out to you within 1 business day (two max if it's a super busy day at the venue!) to find a time to have you out to visit.
Just a Few Reminders:
We have found it's best for couples to have a good understanding of their guest count and budget prior to coming onsite for a tour. If you listed your budget as unknown, Kristin will be reaching out with some helpful details prior to scheduling a tour. We also want to share that it's not realistic to host a Saturday wedding for 200 guests in a $11 - $14k budget. It's not impossible, but it would definitely be on the upper end of that range, and more likely in the $15- $25k range. Budget discussions are tough! You just got engaged and we want you to enjoy that time together, but we also know that it's no fun (for you or us) if you fall in love with the space on a tour and the numbers don't work out. We would rather have that tough discussion now before you invest your time and heart with us on a tour because we believe that's the right thing to do.
Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable signing a contract. Instead of private second tours, we ask that couples and their families attend one of our monthly open houses, so it's great to bring them along to the first tour instead of having to wait for an open house if possible.
