2025 - 2026 Per Person Bar Packages
✨✨✨PLEASE READ✨✨✨ ➡️ For the vast majority of our Haue Valley couples, we expect our consumption based bar options to be the best fit for your goals and budget.
However, we know some groups will be nearly all adults, nearly all big drinkers, having a shuttle, and want to pay for their guests drinks all night long. In that case, a per-person back package might make the most economical sense.
Bar Setup Fee: $750
This includes two bartenders, insurance and the license.
Plus Your Chosen Per Person Package
Domestic Beer, House Wine, Basic Seltzers: $20 per person
Domestic Beer, House Wine, Basic Seltzers, and House Liquor: $24 per person
Domestic Beer, House Wine, Basic Seltzers, and Call Liquor: $27 per person
Domestic Beer, House Wine, Basic Seltzers, and Premium Liquor: $30 per person
Plus Tax & Gratuity
Tax is 6.975%. If a tip jar is allowed out all evening at the bar, no required gratuity is added to the final bill. If a tip jar is not approved, then a required 20% will be added to the total per person fee (not the bar setup fee).
Products Included
Our brands / products are subject to change, but we are excited to share we have a wide selection of options included! (Most venues make you choose 2 - 3 per category, but with our bar all products in the level you have selected will be included. (Meaning more choices for your guests, and less decisions for you to make in the wedding planning process - which already has many, many decisions to make!)
