A Grand Leap Into Love Here At Haue Valley

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Our love story begins on a dating App. Melissa & Mark had been on the hunt for a little while when they came across each others profile. Melissa remembers seeing Marks smile and sense of humor in every aspect of his photos, but something that caught her eye was how straight forward he was about finding the women he was ready to spend his life with. Mark of course was drawn to Melissa beauty and her ability to smile with her eyes, a trick Beyonce obviously stole from Melissa.

After swiping right the couple decided to go out on a date. The entire time Mark was in traced, he kept thinking that there’s no way this gorgeous woman is ever going to stick around long enough for him to ask her on a second date, but she did!. Melissa on the other hand definitely wanted to spend more time with Mark. From the first conversation she felt safe and competently comfortable, something that she never felt about anyone before. The couple definitely wasn’t going to let this relationship slip through their fingers.

THE PROPOSAL

Mark & Melissa were heading on vacation to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. While attempting to make it through security Mark was pulled aside to have his bag checked. His heart rate jumped through the roof, for Mark had hide the engagement ring in the bag they were about to check. He was so worried that the ring would be discovered and the surprise he had planned would be ruined. Luckily the security guard just checked the main part of the bag and not the side pocket where the ring was located at. Mark could finally take a breath, and the surprised engagement could go on as planned.

The Following day was an early one, the couple woke up around 3am so they could get a jump start on their trip to the Grand Canyon. Mark & Melissa are both very active and love hiking, so they were definitely excited about their trip. When they couple arrived at the Grand Canyon they started watching the sunrise. Mark asked one of the other tourist to take their picture, but in reality they were taking a video. During the video Mark got down on one knee and asked Melissa to be his wife. Melissa was shocked and surprised, she wasn’t expecting Mark to propose at all, but she was thrilled to say yes!

THE WEDDING DETAILS

Melissa & Mark were looking for a elegant, relaxed, and natural feel to their wedding. Haue Valley provided the couple with all of that and more. Joy Lynn Photography & Applause were able to capture great photos as well as video that show the love which radiated off of Mark & Melissa throughout their special day. Two Mike's Catering served a warm and savory meal that had everyone coming back for more & Sweets Remembered provided a sweet and delectable dessert that satisfied everyone sweet tooth. Finally Applause had everyone dancing the night away with they’er amazing musical skills.
