WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Samantha & Patrick’s love story begins with just a girl at a bar and a barkeep that was taken by said girl. Just a day after Samantha’s 21st birthday her family and friends decided to through her a party at Cottleville’s local watering hole. There Patrick was tending bar, completely unaware that he was about to met the love of his life. Samantha and her mother came to the bar to taste some wine, there Patrick first met her gaze. He of course flirted with Samantha, and she with him. They couldn’t stay long, for they had to get back to their party. Patrick made it a point to check in throughout the evening in hopes to receive Samantha’s number. Before the evening was over Patrick got the confidence to ask for her number. Samantha had forgotten Patrick’s name and number so her father kindly asked for it. After waiting what seemed to be a life time, yet was only two days Patrick finally texted Samantha and they have been together ever since.
THE PROPOSAL
Patrick was trying to save up for a ring that was perfect for Samantha, but his grandmother caught word of his plans and decided to give him one of her rings. Using the stone Patrick set it in a band Samantha would love, and once he had the ring he decided to take Samantha to Mexico. He planned the perfect day, seeing the ruins and proposing on ocean overview, yet his plans changed with the weather. It became super hot and awful, so he waited till they returned to the resort. Patrick found a cool spot that they could take a photo on the top-floor terrace overlooking the ocean. Once they arrived Patrick got down on one knee and proposed! Samantha was thrilled to say yes, I guess that not all Stormtroopers miss their targets.
